Reuse & Recycle

Being eco-conscious and friendly to the environment is extremely important to us here at Heart To Home. Every candle vessel, from Mason jars and tumblers, to ceramic mugs and resin holders, has endless potential for uses after the candle has been burned. It only takes a few simple steps to clean out the remaining wax, and utilize the vessel for whatever you’d like! If you do choose to dispose of the jar/vessel after the candle has been burned, please make sure it is recycled properly.

 1) Fill your jar/vessel with water

2) Pour water into pot and set stove burner to medium heat

3) Once water is boiling, pour into jar

4) Allow wax to melt and rise to the top, as well as time for water to cool (this can take several hours)

5) Remove and dispose of risen wax, then drain out the water

6) Repeat the process if necessary

7) Wash vessel with dish soap and water
